The beverages and food are always flavorful. Overall the food is great, but they take super long everytime I go. The employees are nice, and the atmosphere too. The only bad thing is the wait time, other than that it's great.

I went to the location on Saunders in Laredo Texas. Starbucks Coffee #66290. The first thing that I noticed there was no "Hi" or "Welcome" or greeting at all, however there was nobody in line either waiting and I wasn't attended for a few mins. The lady cashier was talking her time while talking and laughing with the other "slow moving" employees. After the order was placed I went to go and browse around to see their snacks and whatever they have in the display case. I noticed a giant fly trapped in the display case landing all over the food. Now, I am fully aware that is just a display case and not the actual food where it comes from. However when I went to the lady to let her know there was a giant fly, she came off so nonchalant as she did not care and she said "Oh we don't use that food to serve" I said I'm fully aware of that however that looks very unsanitary at the fact the fly is just there on what you actually do serve don't you think?? She said we don't have no control over it ma'am because the drive-thru window opens and closes so we can't control any flies coming in. I was like wow you are so unconcerned at all whatsoever about a fly that is trapped in your display case

Can’t complain who ever the Barista is on right now did an amazing job with our iced lattes ! The savory on it is amazing . But to be quite honest the service thought the drive thru wasn’t a very nice interaction . Suggest better customer service next time . We did give off the same energy after receiving our drinks . A little more positivity would go great .

I come to this Starbucks often before work and I regret it every time. They take forever to make a single drink and I often have to remind them of the other half of my order so I can finally leave. The app says it’ll take 5-8 minutes to get my drink drive thru AND in store but it always take at least 20 minutes if I’m lucky. The staff is nice but it shouldn’t take this long to get a single drink, I end up frustrated every time I come to this location.
